Okay, so it's no big secret that I love pumpkins. My husband jokes that he's never known anyone who uses all of the pumpkin for cooking, and he says that if I wanted to I could even find a use for the stem! With so many delectable recipes for cooking with pumpkins, it was hard to choose only a few.
